We are excited to share that a recent publication has highlighted our ReaScan TBE IgM rapid test as a pivotal tool for tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) virus specific IgM antibody determination.
The article ’Kinetics of tick-borne encephalitis virus IgM antibody responses in serum and cerebrospinal fluid’ by Sara Morgardt et al. was published this week in Infectious Diseases journal (https://doi.org/10.1080/23744235.2025.2473496).
ReaScan TBE IgM was the primary tool to evaluate TBE virus specific IgM levels in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) during onset and at follow-up of TBE. (In addition, correlation between antibody levels and severity of infection and residual symptoms after TBE were studied.)
